Your responsibilities
- Actively identify and acquire new clients and research service orders JCI.
- Participate in industry events, networking meetings, and scientific conferences to promote and sell the company’s research services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key business clients.
- Identify potential subcontractors for research projects requiring external resources.
- Collaborate with laboratory managers in preparing and customizing research service offers.
- Monitor the progress of research and development projects.
- Support the preparation and regular updates of the company’s research service portfolio in cooperation with the Marketing and PR Department.
- Record and report sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve sales goals and KPIs related to your assigned portfolio of research services.
Our requirements
- Master’s degree in biotechnology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Natural ease in communication and openness to meeting new people.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective business relationships.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and critically monitoring progress toward objectives.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes (client meetings, industry conferences), up to 60% of working time.
- Proficiency in English (minimum C1 level) for business and scientific communication.
- Proactive approach, strong organizational skills, commitment to personal development and ability to work independently.

Jagiellonian Center of Innovation offers contract research services (in the fields of medicine, biotechnology, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, and cosmetology), as well as the implementation of complex research and development projects. The company also provides cosmetic formulation and manufacturing services, including a comprehensive offering covering research, implementation, and product development.
Our scope of activities also includes the rental of specialized laboratories, financial support, and innovation consulting for companies.
Clinical Trials Center is also part of JCI operations. It is a modern research center that offers magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed tomography (CT) scans. However, the core activity of Clinical Trials Center is conducting clinical trials within research projects, particularly in the following areas: allergology, angiology, diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, ultrasound), gynecology, immunology, cardiology, neurology, oncology, and rheumatology.
It is also worth noting that we are a Gold Member of the Life Science Kraków Cluster, contributing to the development of an innovation ecosystem, and a partner of the Jagiellonian University within the Una Europa project.
