  • The controller of your personal data is Jagiellońskie Centrum Innowacji Spółka z o.o., with its registered office in Kraków (postal code: 30-348), at the address: ul. Bobrzyńskiego 14, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Kraków – Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000212725, using NIP (Tax Identification Number): 676 226-66-85 and REGON (Business Registry Number): 356845374, with a share capital of PLN 11,667,900.00 (hereinafter: the “Controller”).
  • You may contact the Controller’s Data Protection Officer by postal correspondence sent to the Controller’s registered office address or electronically at: iodo@jci.pl.
  • Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of including your CV in the CV database and/or conducting future recruitment processes, in accordance with the consent you have provided.
  • The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 221a §1 of the Labour Code in connection with Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation, as well as your consent.
  • The recipients of your personal data may be entities providing services to the Controller related to recruitment processes, as well as IT, maintenance, postal, legal, or security services, or entities authorised to conduct inspections and oversight of the Controller’s activities.

  • Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose, i.e., until the completion of the recruitment process or in accordance with the consent you have provided, or until their removal from the CV database, but no longer than 5 years from the date of submitting your CV.
  • You have the right to: request access to your personal data from the Controller (under Article 15 GDPR), rectify your personal data (under Article 16 GDPR), erase your personal data (under Article 17 GDPR), restrict the processing of your personal data (under Article 18 GDPR), the right to data portability (under Article 20 GDPR), or the right to object to processing (under Article 21 GDPR).
  • You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority under Article 77 GDPR if you determine that your personal data is being processed by the Controller in a manner that violates the GDPR.
  • Providing your personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide the personal data referred to in items i), ii), or iii) above will make it impossible to include your CV in the CV database and the recruitment process. Providing the personal data referred to in item iv) above without simultaneously giving consent to their processing will require the Controller to delete them; however, this will not constitute grounds for disadvantaging you in the recruitment process, nor will it result in any negative consequences for you.
  • If you give consent for the processing of your personal data within a specified scope, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time by sending a notice to the Controller’s address or email provided above.
