    • Infrared (IR) spectroscopy
    • Raman spectroscopy
    • UV-VIS spectroscopy

Purification of chemical substances:

  • Development of chromatographic methods

Structural characterization of the substance using:

  • Mass spectrometry (QTOF): determination of molecular mass and amino acid sequence
  • NMR spectroscopy
  • Infrared (IR) spectroscopy
  • Raman spectroscopy
  • Protein electrophoresis

Characterization of pharmacological properties of the substance:

  • Molecular screening (SPR, MST)
  • Molecular target validation
  • Cell testing
  • Animal testing

Analysis of crystallographic structures (polymorphism) with the use of:

  • Infrared (IR) spectroscopy
