- Small Molecules Screening
Comprehensive screening services supporting all stages of drug discovery, including hit identification, hit validation, and hit-to-lead optimization. A combination of biophysical and biochemical methods—such as Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR), Microscale Thermophoresis (MST), and thermal shift profiling—is employed to detect and characterize small molecule interactions with target proteins. Complementary assays enable rapid and quantitative assessment of binding kinetics, affinities, and mechanisms of interaction, facilitating the selection and optimization of promising lead compounds. - Protein–ligand and protein–protein interactions
